Little Oaks Day Nursery and Pre-school prides itself

on its relationship with the local community, supporting parents and children in our local area. At Little Oaks we understand how precious childhood is and this is why we strive to build happy memories with your children in a safe, secure and engaging environment which helps them to meet their full potential.

Our approach at Little Oaks puts the children at the centre of everything we do, valuing all children as individuals who all learn in different ways. Play-based experiences centre around a child’s interest, helping them to develop through exploration and curiosity, building on their existing skills.

Parents are their children’s first educators and so we ensure that all our parents are involved in the setting and their children’s learning from the day they start at Little Oaks. We use the parent’s knowledge of their children to plan a wide range of experiences which will give them the skills they need to continue on their learning journey.  This is in partnership with our skilled and experienced team of practitioners.

Little Oaks is a setting which respects children and listens to their voices with an aim to help them become independent, confident children with an excitement to learn, grow and most importantly have fun.
